My huge thanks and appreciation goes to Brad Simon for his wonderful service. I have never dealt with such a company as Madame bridal-that cares so much to please their customers. I ordered my daughter’s prom dress through this site and I was first impressed with how fast the free shipping was from Florida to Montana in two days-Wow. Then, unfortunately her dress was too small and could not be altered enough without ruining the dress. I called Brad and asked if there was any way I could order another dress and credit this one against the dress-he agreed & I shipped the dress back overnight. But he did not know if the other dress would be available in her size until Monday-which was two days before her prom. I was running out of time, and I was heading out of town only to fly back the day of her prom. As promised, we spoke on Monday and the dress was available in her size and would be shipped overnight. Life happens and the dress did not make it on Tuesday, but to my surprise Brad pulled his magic and the dress beat me back from Vegas (Wednesday) and arrived in Montana at noon the day of her prom. I do not know what strings you pulled Brad, but I want to share with you Taylor’s smile and Thank-you very much for the great service of an almost impossible quest. Her beautiful dress is Night Moves #6350 and she is the blond girl in the middle with the off-white dress & huge smile!! I will definitely order again from this wonderful site. Thanks again Brad!!

Pocono Mountains will be lovely this summer. My fiancé and I will celebrate our marriage and honeymoon there. My search for a wedding dress started a year in advance. I went to the biggest bridal chain to find my gown. I left disappointed. You all know which one is the biggest bridal chain right? The consultant assigned to me in David's Bridal seemed hurried and overwhelmed by many other tasks. I felt abandoned half way through trying the second wedding gown. The most important shopping day of my life was tarnished by her ambivalence. Maybe if big companies could pay a little more they could hire better qualified staff in a wedding store as big as David’s'. So... That experience stopped me from shopping for many months later until I heard about Madame Butterfly Bridal through a friend who bought her beach wedding dress from them. I did buy my wedding dress from Madame Butterfly www.madamebridal.com I am pleased with the casual atmosphere and the non-stuffy attitude of this store. When I was shopping on a Saturday during prom season I saw the staff's approach to the young ladies who were shopping for their prom dress. My observation was that there were certain guidelines to try on prom dresses. Those guidelines were explained in a courteous and gentle manner. For example "Please take any jewelry off so they don't pull the dresses." Or "If you can’t find a prom dress after trying on several we will be happy to make another appointment for you." All said the store had a well-defined and observant sale staff. I wanted to know that I am well taken care of and I was. I am looking forward to my wedding in Poconos in my lovely dress from Madame Butterfly Bridal.

Hello Brad and the team at Madame Bridal, I promised you photos of the Jovani and Tony Bowls concert dresses that I bought from you to wear in Brazil and here they are. Good Afternoon Albert and Brad, I wanted to express my thanks to you guys. My wedding day was beautiful; not only was the weather outstanding but my dress was a big hit. I was showered with compliments, from all age groups as Albert expressed I would be. I could not be more pleased with my dress choice.
