We were shopping for a particular Sophia Tolli dress, and came across it on Madame Bridal's website. After shopping around for a while, we had a pretty good idea how much these dresses go for, and the price offered here was already highly competitive. But Madame Bridal went a step further - after speaking with the owner directly (Brad Simon) we were able to walk away with a killer deal. He worked with us and was extremely reasonable. Not only that, but he promised we would have our dress delivered within 2-3 weeks... in actuality, we just received it yesterday, just one week after placing the order! The dress itself is, of course, exactly what we ordered. I bought my daughter's prom dress from Madame Bridal. The owner was wonderful to deal with, he calmed all my stresses. The dress was shipped to me and was perfect and beautiful! I would recommend Madame Bridal!

Purchased a gown for mother of the groom from this website. The photo was very beautiful...the color I ordered was no longer available so I took a gamble on another color sight unseen in the same gown with no refund and no exchange..OMG I love it. Fits great just need to hem and minor adjustment in the shoulder area. Price was 1/2 of other websites in the same dress. I ordered on line but also spoke to a very nice gentleman. I will definitley Madame Bridal in the future.

My daughter received her prom dress way ahead of schedule, the size was perfect, and your customer service was impeccable, since the color was not in stock. Ordering from MadameBridal was the best thing that could happen to me, first the color was not available, then they were able to order it for me and get it by end of April 2017, surprisingly, the dress arrived on 9 March 2017!!! with a lovely pair of shoes and earrings as a gift.

I would like to begin by saying Thank you to the Madame Bridal family. They gave me such a huge blessing on today that they might feel was something so small of a gesture. But unbeknownst to them, today is not a good day for me. I am dealing with my father who is struggling with stage 4 cancer and a husband that recently lost his job due to the closing of his department. I was searching online for a particular fabric to create a modesty cover on a 2 year old bridesmaid dress when I came across their site. After sending them an email inquiring about the fabric I needed, they responded very quickly. Their gesture was such a huge blessing to me. I am so grateful and thankful to them. My daughter found her dress at a local boutique in Massachusetts but did not feel it was the place for her to purchase from. Through her own research, she decided to order on line from Brad's company 1500 miles away. Brad reached out to her himself to go over the details of her dress and timing of the delivery. My daughter's dress arrived 4 weeks early in absolutely perfect condition and fits her like it was made for her. I took my daughter dress shopping for her senior prom coming up in April. She found the dress she had to have at a local bridal shop. They claimed it would take them up to 16 weeks to get the dress. Well, that wouldn't work. My daughter is 5'2" and no dress has ever come without needing altered (shortened), so waiting 16 weeks was not an option. I found the dress in her size at Madame Bridal, so I called to make sure they really did have it. I was assured they did, so I placed the order and less than 7 days later I had the dress she wanted.
