After deciding to elope out of state in Maui, with little time to plan/spare, I knew I needed a dress fast and when I came across the Adrianna Papell 40238 Illusion Back Bridal Dress on Madame Bridal's website, I fell in love instantly. But, of course I was skeptical buying online. After engaging in the "chat now" feature with Brad Simon himself I was already starting to feel at ease. From there we had a phone call to finalize my options. The dress not only shipped FAST, but it was exactly like the photo. Thank you so much Brad for your support in my purchase and for supplying me with a gorgeous gown that I felt confident wearing on my big day <3 I got so many compliments from the beach bystanders that day and from friends and family as well :)

Simon, hi it’s Lori. I just pulled my old dress from my other daughters wedding that I purchased from your store a few years ago. I’m going to try it in and see if the size still works. Do all of the designers run around the same size? This Montage dress was a size 4 and fit like a glove.

Like many women, I was afraid to order my Mother-of-the-Groom dress online, but found nothing I liked locally. Ladies, have no fear. My dress arrived this week( it took about two weeks), and it is perfect!
It arrived from Mon Cheri with Mon Cheri tags, box, extra beading...everything you would expect and it is beautiful! I measured myself and used the sizing chart furnished and it was exactly right. No need to order up a size, just make sure your biggest measurement fits the suze and you are golden. I will have to have the jacket altered a little to suit my own taste, but honestly, some ladies might not even have to do that.
I do not work for Madame Bridal--I'm way up close to Canada! No one paid me to say these things. I just wanted to help put aside any fears that you might have.
I wish to sincerely thank Brad Simmons and Customer Service Team for the lovely outfit which I just received today. It was surely worth the wait - I am extremely delighted with the item and the fact that it's stunning with perfect size and make. I LOVE Madame Bridal!!!! For my wedding, I have 14 bridesmaids of all shapes and sizes who needed dresses. To make it even more complicated, most of them live out of state!
When I went into the store for my first appointment, Ebony helped me pick out dresses I love, and dresses that wouldn't break the bank for my bridesmaids. When I told her how many bridesmaids are in my bridal party, she didn't freak out, but instead helped me come up with a plan to organize this huge dress ordering experience!
The dresses all came in ahead of schedule! Ebony even helped me load them into my car. That's what I call great customer service! And you really can't beat their prices.
My wedding is in January and I can't wait to see my bridesmaids in one place wearing their dresses. Thank you Ebony and Madame Bridal for taking a complicated situation and making it easy!

So I'm looking for the perfect dress for an upcoming performance and a friend suggest Madame Bridal...I'm thinking to myself, there is no way I'll find what Im looking for at a Bridal shop...But she insisted that I see what they had and give them a call...So I go on their site and YES I found so many dresses that I like...actually 5!
