Madame Bridal is awesome place to shop or ordered a Tiffany design dress and Brad Simon took the order. Brad reassured me that the dress would arrive on time within 7-10 days. Well long story short a hurricane hit Florida and I was in panic mode thinking omg I'm not gonna receive the dress before my daughter homecoming . I called Brad every day and he apologized sincerely about not being able to give me a tracking number because of the hurricane , no power, or internet. Brad reassured that the dress was ordered and would ship directly to me , I was still in panic mode. Anyways the dress arrived at my door step yesterday and it's even more beautiful in person and fit my daughter perfectly. Again I would like to say thanks Brad and Madame Bridal is a must shop for me now and i highly recommend others to do business with Brad , he awesome and I appreciate everything. Hurricane and all the dress still arrived even though I didn't have a tracking number. Thanks so much one happy customer.
