After deciding to elope out of state in Maui, with little time to plan/spare, I knew I needed a dress fast and when I came across the Adrianna Papell 40238 Illusion Back Bridal Dress on Madame Bridal's website, I fell in love instantly. But, of course I was skeptical buying online. After engaging in the "chat now" feature with Brad Simon himself I was already starting to feel at ease. From there we had a phone call to finalize my options. The dress not only shipped FAST, but it was exactly like the photo. Thank you so much Brad for your support in my purchase and for supplying me with a gorgeous gown that I felt confident wearing on my big day <3 I got so many compliments from the beach bystanders that day and from friends and family as well :)

Simon, hi it’s Lori. I just pulled my old dress from my other daughters wedding that I purchased from your store a few years ago. I’m going to try it in and see if the size still works. Do all of the designers run around the same size? This Montage dress was a size 4 and fit like a glove.

I must say that your dresses are beautiful and affordable. A friend who bought her dress at madamebridal.com was the one who highly recommended that I do so for my wedding as well. Sadly, my dress was delivered to the wrong address by USPS and because of such I needed a back up plan asap. The customer service at madamebridal is professional and courteous. I was impressed by their genuine interest in my lost dress. It's sad that I was unable to wear a "madamebridal" dress at my wedding because you guys are awesome! However you worked tirelessly to sort out my dress situation, going above and beyond..for that, I am thankful. It is hard to find businesses with such level honesty and altruism.
Beautiful dress but it was too small for my daughter. I called them and wow wonderful customer service. We had a extremely tight deadline and they were acted like family and sent us a larger size right away. Thank you so much.. Will keep buying from you. we have 3 daughters so consider us part of you!

I’m going to Vegas at the end of the month with a very special person and needed the perfect dress in a short amount of time. I was very specific in describing the color and style of dress I wanted. Simon, the owner spent an hour on the phone with me, sending me different dresses that fit my description. He really listened to what I wanted and helped me find the perfect dress! Also, he made sure to call the company before closing time to get it shipped to me as soon as possible! I have never had someone actually do all of this with me on the phone. Madame Bridal came through beautifully for my husband, my daughter and me! We had an extremely tight deadline when our daughter chose a gorgeous Andrea and Leo dress she found an image of online. I located the dress at Madame Bridal via Google and not only was their customer service excellent, they were true to their word regarding the dresses arrival time. We were looking for a dress for my daughter for a pageant she wanted to enter. I called Madame Bridal. The first dress I had requested would not arrive until July. I spoke with Simon. He helped me find the dress for my daughter. It wasn’t even on the website yet but he found what he thought would be perfect on her. I trusted him and he did not disappoint. The dress was gorgeous!!! It came I. So quickly!! Unfortunately, the dress was too small. We called Simon and told him what was going on. He got another dress shipped out right away and received it in just a couple of days.
