After deciding to elope out of state in Maui, with little time to plan/spare, I knew I needed a dress fast and when I came across the Adrianna Papell 40238 Illusion Back Bridal Dress on Madame Bridal's website, I fell in love instantly. But, of course I was skeptical buying online. After engaging in the "chat now" feature with Brad Simon himself I was already starting to feel at ease. From there we had a phone call to finalize my options. The dress not only shipped FAST, but it was exactly like the photo. Thank you so much Brad for your support in my purchase and for supplying me with a gorgeous gown that I felt confident wearing on my big day <3 I got so many compliments from the beach bystanders that day and from friends and family as well :)

My daughter was Maid of Honor For her twin sisters wedding this past Saturday. With all the Covid delays, her gown was delivered two weeks before the wedding and was an entirely wrong size from a very careless Well known Bridal salon. After much internet panic searching I found Madame Bridal and the same dress in her required size. I ordered immediately and paid for overnight shipping. Of course things are never simple these days with distribution and deliveries and all sorts of issues.... Simon went out of his way to expedite this dress. We miraculously had delivered 48 hours before the wedding and my seamstress tailored to perfection. This kind of customer service is very seldom seen these days. I can’t thank Simon and Madame Bridal enough for their personal and professional service . You allowed my daughter to wear her special dress and looked beautiful! Thank you again! Kathy Burke

I was searching for the ultimate dress and came across the Mori Lee 34011 gown and fell in love. Talking with Brad Simon in the chat he helped to confirm my decision to order the gown. There are other sites that have the same dress at a lower cost, but why risk wasting money on a dress as beautiful as this. I tried the dress on and its worth every penny.
