After deciding to elope out of state in Maui, with little time to plan/spare, I knew I needed a dress fast and when I came across the Adrianna Papell 40238 Illusion Back Bridal Dress on Madame Bridal's website, I fell in love instantly. But, of course I was skeptical buying online. After engaging in the "chat now" feature with Brad Simon himself I was already starting to feel at ease. From there we had a phone call to finalize my options. The dress not only shipped FAST, but it was exactly like the photo. Thank you so much Brad for your support in my purchase and for supplying me with a gorgeous gown that I felt confident wearing on my big day <3 I got so many compliments from the beach bystanders that day and from friends and family as well :)

Simon, hi it’s Lori. I just pulled my old dress from my other daughters wedding that I purchased from your store a few years ago. I’m going to try it in and see if the size still works. Do all of the designers run around the same size? This Montage dress was a size 4 and fit like a glove.

I found a Jovani dress for my daughter, who is a debutant, but was hesitant ordering it online. I was wanting a size 2 to cut down, since I was sure the sizing chart could not possibly be right. Simon called to tell me the size 2 was not available but he instead had a 00. He worked with my daughter and I over the phone to get her exact measurements, and assured me the 00 was most appropriate. I took a leap of faith and ordered the 00. When I tell you this dress fit her perfectly, I mean it looked as though it was made fit her body. Length was very long, as I wanted, since I e would need a little extra fabric to make a removable strap for lead out. The quality of this gown is amazing. This is the first time ordering a Jovani brand and it did not disappoint. I took this dress to my daughter to try on at college and I cried when she put it on. She looked like a baby doll! Many thanks to Simon for talking me through the process and saving me money because this dress did not have to be cut down. Her measurements are 31 bust and 25 waist and the fit was perfect. She is 5’4 so it will have to be hemmed but we expected that. The extra length would work on taller girls as my daughter is standing on a foot stool in the picture. This shipping was faster than expected and packaged professionally and beautifully. Bridal quality. Thank you again Simon!
I had ordered a dress online and next day was second guessing the color and style. I called Madame Bridal and spoke with the owner. He was very kind, understanding and helpful. Had no problem cancelling the order and could tell that customer satisfaction was priority. I will be placing another order soon. Great customer service!

I am thrilled with the service and product we received from Madame Bridal! I needed a pageant dress for my daughter and found what we wanted from Madame Bridal. Unfortunately, that particular dress was on back order and we wouldn't receive in time. Madame Bridal sent links to other dresses VERY similar to the one we wanted. We selected one and I was afraid it wouldn't get here in time. I called daily and spoke with a very patient and helpful gentleman. In just a week, the dress arrived. We couldn't be more pleased! We'll DEFINITELY be shopping Madame Bridal again!
Two weeks ago, I decided to move forward with my daughter's bat Mitzvah and was without a dress for her. I went into a local store who said the style she wanted was out of stock. I searched online and came across Madame Bridal who was able to locate the Jovani dress. Simon was extremely helpful and accommodating. He even texted me the link so that it may be ordered right away. When it came time for me to find a dress, he did not have the style I was looking for, however, he did text me tons of other similar styles that I might like and this was around 7 pm on a Saturday. Madame Bridal goes ABOVE and BEYOND to accommodate their customers!!
Never doubt placing an order with the site. They have the MOST OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE there is! Prices are great and you will feel as if you are in the store and being taken care of. I cannot wait to get my daughters gown so i write more!
