Dear Madame Bridal, I wanted to give you a shout out!!! My daughter is a junior in high school and will be attending prom in less than two weeks. She traveled up to Seattle to find a dress. She found one at a great shop, but wasn't sure as it was expensive. She and I looked on line and found the dress at several online sites. I called Madame Bridal on Monday to see if it was really available and the woman on the phone was very helpful. Although, they did not have the dress in stock, they did have the same dress in a different fabric. Both dresses were 100$$ plus less expensive . She sent me the link and I ordered. I did expedite and paid extra for the 5 business days. To our surprise it came on Wednesday afternoon. It is beautiful and she likes the fabric even better. Thank you for your awesome customer care. Dear Madame Bridal, I just received my mother of the bride dress today (Cameron Blake), Gorgeous!!! The dress had been discontinued and I was unable to find a store in my area that had one, but as luck would have it, you had my size in your store. I cannot thank Theresa enough for her help. She spent the time with me to discuss the sizing, and gave me the reassurance to order online--the dress was here (CT) in 5 days and I couldn't be more pleased.
