My daughter fell in love with a Mori Lee dress at a bridal boutique in California. I ended up finding the exact same dress on the Madame Bridal website. I called and spoke with Simon who was very helpful and quoted a price that I thought was too good to be true! He was very professional and knowledgeable, so I felt at ease ordering this once-in-a-lifetime dress over the phone. When it arrived, it was packaged beautifully (these people know their stuff)! They included an amazing garment bag and a hairpiece for a veil. The dress was in the designers protective bag with all tags. Order from them with no qualms. This was a perfect experience for us!

I was ver skeptical of ordering online from someplace I had never been to. I was searching for a dress and they had it so I ordered at 9pm. The dress was almost $400 and I needed it in quick so I called the next morning to confirm it was in inventory. They answered on my first call, let me know that it was on back order and I wouldn’t get it on time. They immediately refunded my money and offered to find me a similar dress that I could perhaps get on time. They are emailing me some options. The customer service was amazing and I was shocked to get my refund so easily. I also received a confirmation immediately via email of my canceled order. I’ll definitely try and purchase from them because I was impressed.

I was very skeptical about ordering a dress online. Me & my husband are renewing our vows & I wanted to wear something different then the typical white wedding dress. We have been together for 26 yrs and will be celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary on October 24th 2020. I wanted my dress to be very special since we never had a wedding. We eloped when we were 20 yrs old. The dress is amazing and the company is amazing. The dress is a little long but I’ll have it altered and it will look amazing.

Wow! Wow! What can I say about this dress, the store, the experience? Everything was spot on. I am one who prefers to shop online than stand up in a store with too many clustered clothing on the racks, It makes me flustered and I get overwhelmed. Me purchasing my wedding dress was definitely an online deal for me because I wanted to take my time sitting down on my computer going through all the dresses from various sites. Thankfully I decided not to order from another online store, where the dress was liked but not loved, and then some how I found wedding dresses by Mori Lee that I thought were absolutely beautiful. My search brought me to MAdame Bridal who carries the exact dress I was looking for. I was still hesitant because its an important dress to order online but the customer service was great, the website provided all the information needed in purchasing the dress, so I did it. I unboxed my dress this Saturday, and my sister and I were in awe. It was beautiful and just like the photo, It goes with my theme, and I am that dress is not available here in my country nor would have paid the same low price even if it was here in my country. It came with a free veil and a garment bag, which I thought it didn't and desperately said I needed since the wedding isn't until next yr November. I only ordered early because the time it had said the dress wouldn't be available was until this same November or December, which also didn't include the shipping time and I needed to have ready for a friend to bring it over for me, without having to pay high customs bill.

I found myself searching for a dress that I ordered at a shop in my home town i kept getting told conflicting account of my order. Sooo I found this wonderful shop on line.The owner was of great help he had my second choice and it could be deliveed in 7-10 days awesomeness+ 10. He also explained the process very helpful. I was searching for a MOB dress when I came across MadameBridal. To my surprise I was amazed at the beautiful gowns they carry. I found the dress I wanted. At first I was hesitant to order online, so I called and the man who answered turned out to be the owner (Mr. Simon) I explained that I was nervous about ordering online and he was very attentive and assured me that the dresses came from the designers warehouse, therefore the dresses are brand new. So being on a time crunch, I decided to take a chance and order the dress and, Simon said he would expedite the delivery so that I could have my dress in 5 days. He kept his word and I did receive it along with the beautiful shoes.
